All of the businesses and theme parks are lit up with holiday decor, and temperatures are gorgeous, sitting mostly around the low 70s. 

Starting in November, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Disney World is a major hit, with celebrity chef demonstrations, live music performances, and over 30 food booths with dishes from across the globe.
